Acceptance
By using Subsc Tracker ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
What the app does
Subsc Tracker is a personal tool for recording the subscriptions you pay for, seeing what they add up to, and getting reminders before a billing date. Everything in the app is information you enter yourself, and you are responsible for keeping it accurate. The app does not connect to your bank, your card, or the services you subscribe to, so it cannot verify or correct what you enter.
Reminders are best effort
Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. Whether they arrive depends on your device: notification permissions, Focus modes, battery settings, the operating system's limits on how many notifications an app may schedule, and whether the device is on. Do not rely on these reminders alone to manage your payments. We are not responsible for a charge you did not want, or a trial that converted, because a reminder did not arrive.
Free and Pro
The free version lets you track up to five subscriptions. Pro removes that limit. Signing in and syncing your data are free and are not part of the purchase.
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew, and it will not be billed again.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details and cannot charge or refund you directly. Refunds follow Apple's policies and process — request them through Apple. If a purchase is refunded, the Pro features stop being available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the app
- Access or try to access an account that is not yours
- Interfere with the service, including automated access that places an unreasonable load on it
- Use the app for anything unlawful
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Exchange rates shown in the app are reference rates published by the European Central Bank, displayed for convenience. They are not the rate your card issuer will use, and nothing in the app is financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed payments, unwanted charges, or lost data.
Ending your use
You can delete your Subsc Tracker account and its subscription entries and settings at any time in Settings → Account ("Delete account" once you have signed in, "Delete all data" before then). This deletion cannot be undone. App Store purchase records are handled separately by Apple and may be restored using the same Apple ID. We may suspend access to the service if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
